I worked on my car at lunch today - I took the OVP off and checked the fuse. The fuse is OK. I also started the car without the OVP - it was VERY hard to start and "stumbled" to life instead of a clean start. I'm guessing that my OVP is probably OK. I disassembled the outer throttle linkage that engages the microswitch (took the e-clip off and slid it off the shaft). I found the shaft dry and unlubricated, so I cleaned and greased the shaft. The action of the throttle linkage is much more crisp and positive now - maybe my situation is improving.
