Interesting...back in 2006 you had them set at 135 instead of 115-125.

From your OM 606 Injector Removal post on 6/24/2006:

"Well, it would cost me $50 to find out each time. That is what they charge to test the injectors. And they charged me a little more to disassemble that one bad one they found and clean it up.

5 injectors were at the right pressure, 135 bar and 1 was leaking and had bad spray pattern. Wife reported that the car feels much smoother and "glides" now. Besides, it was time to take the glow plugs out and make sure they are not siezed up.

Thanx to you, I now have the right tool for the right job. It is basically a thin 22mm very deep socket with a part of it gouged out. It was about $20 from the dealerhship.
