How often is "from time to time?"

Wiper not working = Fuse #3 (15 Amp)
Cigarette plug has no power = Fuse #1 (15 Amp)
Heated seats not working = Fuse #12 (10 Amp)

These fuses are in the main fuse box, under the hood, left (driver's) side.

If these problems come and go, is probably not a fuse. At least you can see that they are all on separate circuits. These are all high-power "consumers" (as Mercedes calls them); perhaps there is a bad connection somewhere and they simply can't get enough current. I have no idea about the SRS light.
