Need some torque wrench numbers, please

I am replacing the M103 in my 86 W124. I got a nice engine through John Hef. Thanks for listing that engine John. But I need some inch pound/ft pound torque numbers. The CD list them in NN's, but that is hard to use. So could you give me the torque wrench setting for the small screws, pan to block, big screws pan to block, fan to pulley, power steering pump, AC pump, exhaust to manifold and flex disc bolts. Should I use Loctite on every thing. Thanks!
