Manfred and Minh there are great. I service my BMW there ever since I've owned one. They have a large loyal customer base and I'm one of them. They are very professional and doesn't beat around the bush. They will will strongly suggest repairs regarding your safety and only tell you if something is not necessarily important at the time.
