I hope that Plant Drive is a 2 tank system and you already have willing sources for WVO. Current market rate for yellow tallow is in the mid $3 range, expect to pay something for it.
Get yourself a mighty vac and read the many vacuum diagrams and threads on here. Shut off is vac controlled. Until you diagnose it you may want to just plug off all the accessory vac stuff. If your having problems turning the key, get a *steel* mercedes key cut. You may want to do some prevenative mainenance and take the assembly apart now and clean and soak all of it. The wheel lock pin can always use a healthy dose of wd40.
Where is your leak pooling? Safelite has regular sales and you should be able to get a replacement windshield for under $200. Get an OEM gasket.
