Why dont you research whether anyone has ever sucessfully removed themselves from the "no fly" list.

DHS is amending the CAPPS system (the computer system that maintains the 'no-fly' list) for 2009 to include a DOB for all who are in the system to alleviate that occourance. Now if you have the same name and DOB, then your still gonna get hassled. . .
