You can flush the fluid at the bleeder on the SLS valve or do it the easier way.

Disconnect the return line at the reservoir and catch the fluid as it returns. This way you are standing and you're right there to keep the reservoir full. Just flush until the fluid comes out clean or you've cycled 2-3 liters through.

If the system is completely dry it takes 3.5 liters.

You can also stop part way through and bounce the rear bumper a few times to make sure you're flushing out the actuators too.
