There is no seperate fuse for the fuel pump. It is very likely that the MAS is burned up! Not what you wanted to hear, I'm sure. I'm not sure if the california models have a different MAS from the federal models. If you're interested, I am parting out a federal model and have one for sale. PM me your MAS part # and I'll check compatability and save you hundreds of $$ if they interchange.
