There are in-line filters in the vacuum lines between the vacuum pump and the EGR and ARV amplifiers behind the passenger side headlight. They should be dry. The line is much smaller than fuel supply and return line.

As bustedbenz said the fuel supply and return lines run along the driver side frame and come up inboard of the driver side front wheel. Why the supply fitting is above the passenger side axle and the exhaust pipe crosses over to the driver side is beyond me.
