The only real way to know is to put them on the car and use them. My guess would be that they are not going to last as long as the original Mercedes axles. But, the same might be said for rebuilt axles.
If the other products they make in that area of the world are a reflection of the CV Axles I would expect less consistent quality and give their stuff an usable but below average rating.
If I could have located those new axles in my area I would have bought them (Kragen Auto Parts is listing them now, 3 months ago they were not listed). I have 3 cars and do not drive far; putting about 5,000 miles per year per car. So for me a cheap axle could last along time.
I will gamble on cheap parts if they are easy to replace and will not damage something more expensive if they fail. As an example; I have read enough on the forum that I never, never should install a cheap timing chain or even a Beck Arnley chain.
