if u are not looking to make a crazy loud car then 200 watts should be enough. it also depends on what box u will have for your subs. sealed are generally better sound quality, but a ported box will make it louder (about 4 decibels)..

on these cars the gas tank is behind the rear seats, this can be a problem since a lof of the bass will be reflected backwards. this is my approach:
