i have a 94 e420

it started the other day when i turn my intermit washer on it work for a couple of second and stops but i can turn the wipers on regular an they works also the turn signal will do the same works for a second an stops no hazards lights at all could someone give me a insight on these issues. could it be a shortage some where or is it the combination switch
