If by "evaporator switch" you mean the temperature sensor, that's easy to change.

Changing the pressure sending unit requires that the system be reclaimed first and recharged after. If your dryer is original, you should put a new one in. If it's been replaced for other service in the past few years, you can probably get away with reusing it, if you're careful.
