One of the other techs in our shop just did this. You'll need all of the parts from the donor car as the glass roof has it's own "tray" and doesn't simply interchange. So basicly the headliner comes down and most everything has to be swapped. From what I saw watching him do it, it's not very easy but if you take your time and pay careful attention to how it comes apart it is do-able.
