It can be tough to be a parent. Some fail. some succeed and many are doing alright.

For the most part they are included in the process of being mislead by standartizations drawn up and to be followed.

Where would you draw the line in a summarized, collective assessment to designate the quality of a parent.

It's not really possible to put a conclusive blame on parents in general.
Yes, it is possible for others to look at it and say: "Yeah, just do this and that .. that's how you need to do it ....etc".
