If this young man had done something to show his remorse, you know that his defense attorney would be talking about it at sentencing. The opposite is also true. The judge looked at those pictures and concluded that he hadn't yet gotten through to this young man. So, he figured 2 years in prison should do the trick. This must not have been his first DUI, because 2 years is a tough sentence.
