5spd swap in '87 190dt, mine is the original diff., 25 minute commute mostly highway, I can't put it in 5th till interstate but then it's sipping the fuel...last two fillups 556 miles 13.044 gallons = 42.6mpg, and 523 miles 12.682 gallons = 41.2mpg, no a/c. I'm kinda curious what a long highway trip would get...
