What part are you referring to as the "fuel rail"?
Just undo the hard fuel line to the offending injector, remove the bracket holding the injector in and pull the injector out.

edit- I was thinking you had a 103 engine- i misread the year, if your 93 is still a CIS 104 engine it should be somewhat similar.
