If I can, I don't go into a dangerous area. If I must, I might decide to pack something for self defense. I certainly would not assume others will rush to my aid, knowing what I know of people. Therefore, when others are in need,why would I want to stick my neck out? I realize they don't owe me a thing and I don't owe them a thing. As far as the police, that is a different story. That is THEIR JOB. How is that anarchy? Because I don't intend to stick my neck out for them? Will they do the same for me?
