Hello...

The company my g/f works for, is looking for another store to move their business into. Currently they have a place in College Park, but they would be willing to move within a 20 mile radius of their current location. They cash checks, so a strip mall would be fine, as well as a free standing building. I think they are hoping to spend $3500/month, for around 500-750 sq. ft.
