I last saw 235 my senior year of high school. With my height & huge upper body, that was a pretty decent weight. As the years went by, I got almost to 290 at my worst. I'm now almost down to 250. My primary doc & cardiologist want me down to 240. By the typical BMI charts I should go even lower, but I'm trying to keep my goals realistic, thus attainable.
I know, Stone, I should just get on it and stop putting it off. I've been hovering at 270 since the winter (6'3"), down from 285 the previous year. I'd be happy in the 240 range. I've always had in the back of my head "when I'm 40..." but there really is no time like the present and it's only a year away now anyway. I've got to work on my mindset.

One thing that should help is that my wife has now started getting back into pre-kid shape (going to the gym and cooking healthier) so I won't have much of the tempation in the house. Damn food.
