Trying to fix my buddys 95 Camry

Driving to work this morning, his AC shut off, all his gauges went to 0, cant roll down windows, etc.

Headlights come on and radio works. Car will start and drive.

Alternator tests good.

There is black stuff coming out around the AC compressor so I assume the clutch is shot.

Thanks for any ideas.
