What would you need a V-belt for in a Serpentine conversion?

In any case, call this a 2nd-vote for a serp-conversion kit for the 617 !
Reason being that if you can just make up a few fancy tensioners, idlers and so on..there is no need to replace the V-belt pulleys. Otherwise every single pulley will need to be changed. Kind of a pain in the butt if you ask me, but if the pulleys can be made efficiently and cheaply enough..why not?
