There's an article in the "how to" section on this board. One thing I'd add would be after you unbolt the 3 motor nuts, push the motor away from the car (so the bolts are not their holes) and drop the whole window assembly down about 2-3 inches. There is a hole to the right of the door handle where can unfasten the window retainer, slide off the arm, then push the window back up and tape/block it into place. Then you can undo the rest of the assembly easily.
