Do you see/ have a 1/4" or so of slack in the cable at TB ???
If no, adjust it so there is. The Closed Throttle Pos sw has to have slack at idle . Also look around the eccel. pedal for bunched rug or mats, etc holding pedal from full release. And lube the cable..if it sticks, the car can go into limp.
Do not attemp to manually gas car from under hood , as that will bring up limp condition..pedal has to be gassed from inside car only b/c it is EA.
