Funny you'd ask...we had ham sandwiches at lunch the first day which I found pretty damned amusing.
But, that night was the "Traditional Aggie Prime-rib Dinner"...didn't stay for the beef, needed to head back to the farm to drink whiskey. Next day's lunch was skirt steak, better known as
fajitas.
