Go tap the OVP relay..that is direct feed for ASR system control module...see if you still have the old OVP part#.
If yes, change it regardless to the new part#.

If it is the new modified OVP, pull it and check the sockets and pins for burn evidence/corrosion , and pull the fuse on top and clean the spades .
No ABS lamp at anytime? Do you have ABS lamp with key ON for lamp verification?

Recheck for codes from last limp............pin 14
