Definitely look at your tires. I was just troubleshooting a pulling and a vibration on my 240. I thought it was brake related, but it ended up that my driver's front tire was about to blow apart. It was de-laminating, it had a huge bulge in it, a really bad flat spot, and the tread was coming apart so I could see the steel belting inside the tire.

If they check out take the car to a tire shop and have them balanced and see if that helps.

Then I would start looking into the engine mounts and transmission mounts.
