I was at a Costco a week ago and noticed that the sample block of kitchen knives they had for sale sitting on was not glued in place. Typically they're glued or bolted so people can't grab them or....more likely steal them....but nope they pulled right out of the block....that's a big lawsuit waiting to happen.
