On the long stretches of one way streets in downtown Seattle, most are timed for making the lights w/o a stop if you drive moderately. It became a sport for me, during my years of cab driving there, to watch people race to each light, hit the brakes, and then race to the next one.
They're in a rat cage, food is dispensed if they learn a certain task, and these fools can't figure out how to get the food to fall out.
Of course, don't get me started about the kind of fuel I used to waste driving those big Chevies around town, looking for small amounts of loose cash.
