The check engine light has come on in my 1995 S420. The technician hooked it up to his computer and came up with the code for Upshift Delay. He stated that after performing a vacumn test he believes that a new boden cable (kickdown cable) is needed to fix the problem. I would like to know if this diagnosis is accurate or whether something else may be required. Any help will be appreciated.
