Try posting in the Diesel Discussion area. There are many there that have your same car. As far as your problem here is a list of suggestions.

1) New glow plugs
2) Valve adjustment
3) New Fuel filters
4) Diesel purge
5) Check alternator output at battery with engine running, shoud be 13.5-14.2 V. If not tighten belt.

Also if you live in a colder climate a block heater helps in the mornings.
