Three points for additional emphasis from the referenced thread:

1. The screws on the side of the frame are a TRIPLE @#$@#$@#. I had to buy new ones for BOTH my cars. Only towards the end did I learn that the following tools/technique will work:

#4 (?) Philips socket with an extension and 1/2" breaker bar, seat on it's side, and press into it while turning.

2. Time that you spend on cleaning the rails and sliders will be well-worth it. They will probably be disgusting with a combination of dried grease and 3 year old french fries. Use white type grease.

3. Use a vise-grip and some metal bars to spread the force when tucking in the new seat bottoms into the channel and pinching them tight. Too much force (NO pounding) will break the frame; too little, the covers will pop out eventually.
