Hello, I install these tops in New Jersey. OEM top comes with 4 zippers glued to top and window installed. You will need a special "zipper pliers"

As for aftermarket top, I would only use GAHH.com. You must reuse existing window. Headliner must be removed. Not an easy top to replace. I would never buy a top from Kee or J.C. Whitney....
