I don't claim to do them cheap, just that we could do one for less then 5K! I don't see how some of these companies do all that SHOULD be done and charge what they charge..

Typically unless the transmission has failed catastrophically a new/reman torque converter isn't neccesary.

I know of one fellow who just bought a 95 E320 Coupe, has a New Benz transmission installed..it's been less then 10K and it's already acting up! Of course they'll fix it under warranty but there's no reason for that to have happened!!!
