(earlier thread in vintage)
looking to buy this one. it's truly in great shape, all euro spec of course, original silver paint, one fender and one door need to be resprayed because of scratches, 91000km on the clock, pristine black leather (no horsehair but foam) interior, all wood perfect, dash perfect, manual climate (no airco), hardly any rust on the trouble spots. it has a hitch as well.
it's an automatic, and a 1980 model... what to look out for? have they got electrical issues like the computer or so?
do these have the electronic injection? Can they run on propane, are the valves hardened? (we run our cars on LPG here)
the guy started her up and it ran fine aftyer sitting for months, but at some point stalled for the battery being dead. seemed normal.
asking 3500 euro's for it.
