there may be some other post on this so continue to search,

The plastic piece that covers the top of the engine pops off, and the tubes that divert air from the grill to those twin filters in that box squeeze and twist off.

Once you get the plastic piece off the top off the engine - by grabbing it by the sides and push/yank up - turn it over and use a TorX socket to open.

Wipe inside of airbox clean and make sure you get the new filters situated like the old - so note how the old filters sit inside the housing.

like I said research some other posts for the TorX size, it may be listed under any of the newer models not just the 211 E-class.
