Well, had to take off the opposite door panel so that I could compare the 2 and see what is wrong. As suspected based on other threads, the "jaw" (I think others called it) had broken small plastic piece.

But, I am now a little confused. The motor seems fine. I have read other threads that make it sound like I can replace just the jaw, etc. Is that possible, or should I just replace the whole thing? (seems like the whole is the way to go). Also, looking online the price range for a rear regulator is all over the place...from $100-$400. The cheaper is obviously replacement, but "appears" to be same. Not sure which to go with. It is $400 through Fastlane, but I have always had excellent experiences with Fastlane in past.
