In further investigating my problem, I found a piece of the pop-up mechcanism broken off and it was preventing the roof from sliding back. After hooking it out, it now slides back?

I now have to go to the local Mercedes dealer[$$$], and get a part.

Does anybody have a source on the Internet for "Dealer parts"
