The question is very vague as there are many factors to consider.........
battery condition
glow plug condition
valve adjustment
compression test
fuel quality
injector calibration
timing adjustment

All of the above can have an effect on starting and we would be just guessing which one. However if it's not severe, something being seriously wrong is not likely.
