I have been troubleshooting the A/C system on my 1995 C220 most of the morning, to see why the center air vents on dash would not work when the A/C was on.

I did manage to isolate the issue to a leaking right center tempering flap vacuum element. I have it by-passed for now and the left center is working fine. Whats the trick to getting this right flap element our of the air box?
