I'm already crying, reason it's coming off is I punched a hole in it on the road....

Got it off in the end. There was a 10 mm bolt near the bell housing that I missed (5 times)....

All replaced - took about 10 hours all up.....

For others reference:

-Remove bottom bolts on engine mounts
-Remove steering idler arm
-Remove Sway Bar
-Remove Rad and Shroud.
-Lower Power steering (?) hoses
-Remove all bolts, allens around the pan.
-Remove Oil level sensor
-Jack the engine up with two jacks - one under the alternator mount, and the other under the Air con compressor mount.

I got really worried a the extent I had to jack it. It ended up with a couple of inches under the mounts.

-Move the pan forwards and down. It will take alot of patients.

Installation is the reverse of removal
