Thats an okay list if you did not open up the engine. But if you are looking for work... i would def do the main seals. despite the mileage of your engine, age has quite a powerful effect on those seals.

Try not to post about outside suppliers other than the parts retailer that supports this forum.
I don't really see a need to open up the engine (other then the rear main seal), What else would you say to do?
