It may not be solid but I don't think it is a material sprayed onto a real car. If it was just spayed on to the car, especially a concrete product, it would just come right off when the sheet metal flexed. For instance when someone was climbing on the car. If I was at the site and still 9 or 10 years old I think the urge to climb to the roof would be overpowering
