UPDATE: I just got back from checking the car out. As it turns out the shifter is not stuck, as a matter of fact its broken. You can go from P to N to R to D with the car completely turned off, no resistance is even noticed. The car will also not start, guessing the car does not know the car is in "P" and they key is stick in the ignition. You can turn the key to the "on" position and as if to start the car but not even a click or anything comes from the engine, key is also stuck in the ignition
