The thought came to my mind.
Mercedes aka "Tons of hardened German Steel" with huge engine block and crumple zone vs. your typical North Eastern commuter honda/toyota/ford plastic disposable car, who is going to be better off?
I'd say take all that money you would have spent on the ABS add-ons and buy some insurance for all the poor saps with only plastic and tin between them and other cars.
