With the belt off you can feel it there is free play in the bearing (it should be tight).

You where right, it was the Clutch bearing brkt... When I tried to inspect the car by disassembling it, it was at that time that I found the clutch bearing brkt was completely wore out.... After 3 hours of installing a new clutch fan, clutch bearing brkt, bearing brkt pulley, fan, fan shroud, and belt the car runs great... I am very grateful to all of you for your help and input.. thank very much. Now for the next project! LOL
