Thes a page on the web somewhere where someone other than roman and his crew converted a old 450 V8 to EFI. The mercedes mechanical injectors are the same as EV1 mustang injectors so putting them in is the easy part. Engine management is another story. I would think the 450 and 560 would have similar intakes and fuel systems:
