It turned out that three something's jumped out of their track, I suspect it
took a big bump during shipping. There is a slotted attachment (my names,
because I have no clue) for each valve attached to the rack. A slide ball
rides in the slot as the rack moves, three were out.

I made a go/no gauge to insure getting them back in the same spot, loosened
the attachments, slid them down the rail until the ball lined up, slid it
back against my gauge and tightened.

Idles is smooth, veeery little smoke and it will get up and go.
